Returns
We at mystic-eagle.com inspect every item at the point of dispatch to ensure that the item/items are not defective in any way and are of merchantable quality. It is for this reason that we only except returns on the bases that they have been damaged in transit to the consumer. In such cases we require Photographs to be taken prior to the packaging being opened to show the damage to the outer container and further images at different stages of unwrapping. This is to show evidence of the damage so that we are able to verify it and make a claim on the courier. In these circumstances a full refund will be give.

Cancellation
In most cases despatch will take place on the following working day. We will accept the cancellation of an order if an email is promptly sent within twenty-four hours of the order being made.
